We are proud of our range of products and if you are not completely happy with any one of them - we want to know about it. Please get in touch with us immediately and we will organise the return and refund or replacement/repair of your item.
Change Of Mind
Refund or replacement of items due to a change of mind are at the discretion of the company. If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, and it is unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and within 7 days of receipt order, please contact our friendly team.
Wahl Return Policy
Please note that we are not able to provide a refund, credit or replacement for a change of mind. For any quality issues please get in contact with our friendly team and we organise repair, replacement or a refund promptly.
Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo of the faulty product if possible.
Afterpay & Laybuy Purchase
Items purchased online using Afterpay or Laybuy can be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange. Please note that due to these being third-party providers, we will deduct the service fee from the refund total unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Sending Back Return Item
BarberShopCo cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned by "you" the customer. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number before sending. Returned items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
