THREE STEPS TO BETTER STYLE WITH BARBERSHOPCO Q
STEP ONE
Activate your account. Download BarberShopCo Q from the Apple App Store and signup. Hit ‘confirm email’ once you receive our account activation email, and you are good to go!
Tip: Load gift cards to your BarberShopCo Q account for easy payments of products and service in-store You can also use BarberShopCo Q to load gift cards across multiple accounts (for family sharing) and view gift card balances in real time.
STEP TWO
Join the queue. You can join the virtual queue from anywhere in New Zealand – including the comfort of your home! Simply search for your nearest BarberShopCo store on our interactive map and choose your preferred location. Next, select the number of people joining the queue and hit ‘Join queue’. Easy as!
Tip: If one of your crew can’t make it to their service, no problem. Just let your barber know when you arrive in-store.
STEP 3
Head in-store. Once you’ve joined the queue at your selected BarberShopCo location, you’ll receive an expected arrival time. As with any queue, it’s not possible to be 100% accurate with timing. So, we’ll make sure to keep you notified of any changes to your place in queue.
Tip: Once you are heade to store, hit the "I am on my way" button under your estimated arrival time. This lets you barber know you are en-route!

Love your look? Let's make it official. Your barber will update your app profile to help you create a personalized look-book that lives right in your pocket.

You can join the virtual queue at any of our 25 BarberShopCo locations. Just add your name to the queue via our in-store kiosk and return at your estimated arrival time.

Seeing a Password Alert on your iPhone?
With the latest update to the BarberShopCo Q App, we’ve improved our login system to support Apple’s built-in security features. Some users may receive an Apple notification stating that their password has "appeared in a data leak."
What this means: This alert is not related to BarberShopCo and does not mean our systems have been compromised. This is a standard iPhone feature that checks your saved passwords against known global databases of leaked credentials from across the internet.
If you use the same password for multiple websites and one of those other sites had a breach, Apple will notify you.
What you should do: We recommend following Apple’s suggestion to update your password to a new, unique one. This ensures your account remains secure across all your apps and services.
