Shipping Policy

Orders are placed online and paid on site before order is confirmed and processed for sending. You will receive confirmation via email. 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being paid (excluding weekends, holidays and unexpected disruption outside of our control). We aim to ship within 24 hours from payment being received (excluding weekends and holidays), however there may be extenuating factors that mean we cannot ship on time. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Free Shipping T's & C's

We provide free shipping on orders over $85 excluding rural deliveries (we do provide discounted shipping for our rural customers). This applies to all products, except our Barbicide range due to the weight. 

Barbicide shipping will calculate at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of New Zealand. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@barbershop.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will be in touch. 

Refunds & returns 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or with any sort of fault please email us within 10 days to info@barbershop.co.nz with order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In cases of refund this includes the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds are made via bank transfer. 

We cannot accept returns for a change of mind but we do provide a satisfaction guarantee so if you’re not happy, please get in contact.
