A Career Built on Diverse Experience

Before joining BarberShopCo, Tracy had a dynamic career in retail, sales, and business ownership. After taking a sabbatical to travel across Asia and Europe, she was ready for the next challenge. Her previous roles included National Sales Director at Audika Hearing Clinics and leadership positions at Luxottica Retail. Additionally, Tracy has owned several businesses, giving her a unique perspective on corporate structures and self-managed operations.

“When I first encountered BarberShopCo, I was drawn to their attention to detail, seamless integration of services, and family-oriented culture. It felt like the perfect fit,” she recalls.

A Role Focused on Franchisee Success

As part of her role at BarberShopCo, Tracy is dedicated to supporting franchisees in achieving long-term success. She works closely with franchise owners to help them increase revenue, streamline operations, and maintain high standards. For Tracy,  it’s not just about numbers—building relationships and fostering growth are essential.

A typical day for Tracy involves in-store visits and behind-the-scenes work to ensure operations run smoothly. She helps optimize customer experience and drive foot traffic by collaborating with departments like marketing and inventory.

A key part of Tracy's role is creating a strong sense of community among franchisees. She encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing through regular meetings, informal catch-ups, and brainstorming sessions. “We have a wonderful group of owners who are genuinely invested in each other’s success,” she says. “By sharing insights and ideas, we all thrive together.”

One of Tracy’s proudest moments was helping a franchisee expand into multiple locations, a testament to the effectiveness of BarberShopCo’s model and the trust she has built with owners.
