The Best Hair & Beard Combo + The Products You Need To Maintain it
M2 recently took a few of our Men on the Street for a haircut at Barbershop Co. to see what they could do after lockdown.
Our final haircut was done by resident barber Tomi who gave our man Jonathan a messy high volume top with an undercut and skin fade, along with a bit of a beard trim to iron out any scruffy unwanted hair. It’s a pretty glorious beard so its length was maintained at the front, but the rest was shaped to keep it fresh and crisp along with a bit of a moustache trim. To achieve that clear edging, Tomi finished off with a cutthroat razor to line up the cheeks and neck.
On top, Tomi opted for a free style with plenty of volume and texture with the help of King Brown Grooming Spray. Moving on to the sides of the hair, one side is a straight undercut, while the other blends from a No.2 cut to a skin fade. Finishing it all off, Tomi used some Holdfast by The Bowery to finalise the texture and achieve some additional hold. As if the beard hadn’t already received enough attention, it also had beard oil from The Bowery to moisturise it, as well as the face.
If you’re looking to give your beard a bit of much needed attention, find your local BarberShopCo here.
